These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and mv999 (the "Platform"), governing your access to and use of the mv999 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, payment functions, bonuses, promotions, and related services available at mv999.ws and any associated mobile interfaces.

Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending completion of the KYC process. Players who provide false information will have their accounts permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a password of the user's choosing, and acceptance of these Terms. mv999 will send a one-time passcode (OTP) to the registered mobile number to verify the account during registration and, when enabled, at subsequent login attempts from new devices.

Your Security Responsibilities

• Keep your password and OTP confidential at all times. Never share login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify mv999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that your registered mobile number and contact details remain accurate and up to date at all times.

Account Verification (KYC)

mv999 may request KYC documentation at any time, including for withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Required documents may include a National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by mv999 may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Deposits

mv999 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Bangladesh players:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Minimum deposit ৳200 per transaction.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and other supported institutions.
• All deposits must be made from an account or wallet registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. mv999 may apply additional verification before processing large withdrawal requests.
• Active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal.

• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses are held in a separate bonus wallet and are converted to real-money funds only upon satisfaction of the rollover requirement.
• mv999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not affect bonuses already in active use.
• Players found abusing the bonus system — including opening duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus more than once — will have bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds until rollover is complete.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh are offered at mv999's discretion and governed by separate promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer. Nothing in these general Terms guarantees the availability of any particular promotion.

All games on the mv999 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for statistical fairness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by mv999 or its staff. By playing any game on mv999, you accept the following:

• Game results are final once settled. mv999 will not reverse a settled bet or spin result on the basis that a player disagrees with the outcome.

• Colluding with other players, including through chip dumping in live dealer games, or using any coordinated strategy designed to exploit the platform's rules.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of fraud, theft, or money laundering. mv999 is required to report suspected money laundering activity to appropriate authorities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage, including during registration or KYC verification, or using another person's identity or payment credentials.

mv999 employs fraud detection and monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct are void and non-payable. mv999's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding.

mv999 may suspend or terminate any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, providing false information, or opening duplicate accounts.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by mv999, or submission of fraudulent identity documents.
• At the player's own request, for example as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming measure.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, all bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to any pending investigation may be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion. mv999's decision on all termination matters is final.

Nothing in this clause excludes or restricts mv999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Your use of mv999 is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

mv999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, mv999 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via their registered mobile number or email address. The Effective Date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mv999 operates. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
